• Design, develop and execute marketing and communication activities for B&S Group
• Deliver marketing and communication activities across external and internal channels supporting sales and people strategy
• Own, develop and manage Group social media policy and manage social posts
• Develop print and online marketing collateral, including copywriting, design of literature, presentations and web content
• Control and monitor marketing/event budgets and report on marketing activity and ROI
• Organise and run client events and conferences including booking stands, developing concepts and merchandise
• Assist development and delivery of internal communications strategy and group intranet
• Support HR to deliver people initiatives and increase employee participation and engagement
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including sales, client services, HR and senior management
