Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
  • Preferably background in commercial, sales, marketing or strategic account management roles
  • Deep understanding of hematology and oncology
  • Ability to engage confidently on scientific and clinical topics
  • Strong expertise in product positioning, class expansion and competitive differentiation
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with academic advocates and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
  • High level of expertise in designing, leading and leveraging peer-to-peer engagement formats
  • Excellent prioritization skills and ability to act with urgency in time-critical situations
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with strong commercial acumen
  • Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills in German and English
  • Skilled team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit, resilience and ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment
