  • Use AI tools and data analytics to improve recruiting strategies and align them with our goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build effective talent pipelines and communicate our commitment to science, innovation, and patient care.
  • Partner with the Total Rewards team to understand compensation structure and develop offers in line with that structure, tailored to attract top talent.
  • Engage and partner with matrix teams, including branding, marketing, and sourcing talent, to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that attract top-tier candidates and enhance the employer brand.
  • Work with HR and business leaders to align recruitment efforts with our goals and workforce planning strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong full-cycle recruitment experience is required, ideally from a Pharmaceutical or Biotech environment.
  • Strong understanding of radiopharma operations, manufacturing, and quality talent landscape.
  • This role requires strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively influence and build relationships across various levels throughout a diverse network.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment with evolving priorities.
  • You will need to demonstrate expertise in AI tools, data analytics, and predictive hiring technologies, and you will need to adapt quickly to shifting demands and emerging trends, ensuring that our hiring processes remain competitive and responsive.
  • Provide agile recruiting support as needed.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • 5 + years of successful recruiting experience, preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience recruiting for radiopharmaceutical manufacturing/operations/quality roles.
