Support execution of assigned clinical trial activities and work closely with Clinical Scientist to execute activities associated with trial conduct.
Support trial level activities for one or more trials with necessary supervision.
Seek out and enact best practices with instruction and provide regular and timely updates to manager/management.
Support development of Protocol and ICF documents and amendments.
Conduct literature review.
Support submission of clinical documents to TMF.
Support development of site and CRA training materials.
Review clinical narratives.
Collaborate cross-functionally to monitor clinical data for specific trends.
Ensure CRF design adequately supports data collection in alignment with the protocol in collaboration with Data Management/Programming.
May require domestic and international travel to support trial activities.
Requirements
Degree in Life Sciences (MD, PhD, PharmD, MS, RN or similar scientific field preferred).
Appropriate for new entrance to pharma (entry-level role).
Basic knowledge of GCP/ICH.
Basic knowledge of the drug development process and study design.
Basic knowledge of statistics and clinical operations.
Entry level knowledge of CRFs, CRF guidelines, study endpoints and skills to support data review.
Entry level medical writing skills and medical terminology.
Basic knowledge of disease area, compound, and current clinical landscape.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data review tools (e.g., Pt Profiles, report generating tools).
Ability to travel domestically and internationally (may be required).
Detail-oriented with commitment to quality; critical thinking and problem-solving skills; adaptable and flexible to shifting priorities.
