Project Manager

• Perform a variety of administrative responsibilities on behalf of the practice area with minimal supervision
• Manage calendars, as well as schedules, and organize complex activities such as executives & department calendars, meetings (including material preparation & archival), travel, expenses, conferences and related activities across numerous BMS sites
• May support additional high level executives for temporary periods based on needs (e.g., vacation backup) and may be required to be working on site for specific days based on needs
• Support opportunities for miscellaneous organizational activities (e.g., Site relocation, Restacking) and KPI monitoring (etc., training metrics) across department
• Creation and maintenance of SharePoint site, Teams Channel, knowledge management activities, able to work with IT and other key stakeholders to make functional changes & improvement to such collaborative platforms.
• Continuously identify improvements to functional processes and support the change management to implement
• Assist with onboarding of new colleagues
• Assist with budget management and P.O. creation & processing, as needed
• Responds to regularly occurring requests for information
• Work independently and serve as a key team contributor for special nonrecurring and ongoing tasks, assignments and projects including time sensitive and high-profile meetings
