About the role

  • Engage in meaningful peer-to-peer scientific dialog with healthcare system Regional/International Thought Leaders (RTLs)
  • Conduct critical activities that support advancing science, educating on evolving clinical practices, transforming science into patient care, and facilitating the development of new research collaborations
  • Collaborate with colleagues on capturing medical insights and act as a therapeutic area resource to cross-functional partners.
  • Engagement with TLs aligned with medical strategies to inform regional and global strategy
  • Spend ~ 50 to 70% of the time in the field interacting with external stakeholders, including investigators and clinical thought leaders
  • Support the regional clinical trial execution strategy especially for priority trials

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • MD from top clinical practice and hospital-academic centers
  • Proven record of developing high impact peer-to-peer relationships and influence with high impact Regional Thought Leaders.
  • Strong Hematology experience required: - scientific or clinical area, patient treatment trends, clinical landscape - clinical trial design and process or pharma experience - national and regional (Europe) healthcare and access environment
  • Working in a scientific and/or clinical research environment.
  • Desired - Understanding of Intercontinental environment and needs. This position requires approximately 50% travel
