  • Make revenue reporting trustworthy
  • - Produce reliable monthly revenue reporting across ARR, bookings, churn, renewals, and A/R
  • - Maintain a contract-level revenue forecast grounded in renewal and billing data
  • - Ensure our billing application, HubSpot, and NetSuite reflect a single, consistent source of truth

Requirements

  • Direct ownership of contract-to-cash operations—including invoicing, collections, renewals, and quoting/contract workflows—in a B2B recurring revenue business
  • Proven ability to transform manual workflows into reliable, documented, and scalable systems
  • Fluency working across CRM, billing, and accounting platforms (HubSpot and NetSuite preferred), with a strong instinct for data integrity
  • Strong analytical skills; able to build and maintain a contract-level revenue forecast in Excel
  • Ownership mindset: you close loops, follow through, and take accountability for outcomes
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for operational excellence
  • Comfort driving accountability across functions (CS, Sales, Engineering) without formal authority
  • Customer-oriented judgment, treating billing and collections as core to the customer experience.
