About the role
- Develop expertise in Brisk Teaching and our professional learning offerings, leveraging your teaching background to support educators in implementing Brisk tools effectively into their practice.
- Lead dynamic online learning experiences for educators, utilizing flexible strategies that respond to the diverse needs of your participants.
- Participate actively in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training observations, constructive feedback sessions, and coaching opportunities to promote your professional growth.
- Complete comprehensive training preparation and follow-up protocols, ensuring thorough documentation and record-keeping are completed within established timeframes.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of US-based teaching experience in English language arts, social studies, math, or science in a K-12 grade environment.
- Availability for 7-10 hours per week, in addition to (15) hours of onboarding during your first two weeks of employment.
- Experience working in edtech training and professional learning.
- Strong working knowledge of and experience with best practices in integrating AI tools into instruction.
- Passion for helping teachers develop confidence and capacity as they navigate today’s dynamic educational landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate impactful professional learning experiences for teachers, including an understanding of how to use adult learning principles to meet session objectives.
- Proficiency with technology; confidence in navigating a virtual learning experience (i.e. Zoom) and using Google Suite.
