About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day execution of strategic operational projects and initiatives
  • Establish project cadence to ensure cross-functional alignment
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, action logs, and implementation schedules
  • Coordinate activities across multiple functional teams to complete deliverables on time
  • Monitor project progress and identify and resolve project risks
  • Communicate project status proactively and as required
  • Support project implementation and ensure required documentation is complete
  • Conduct project completion reviews to identify PMO best practices, challenges, and opportunities
  • Partner with Operations, Security, HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Real Estate, other functional teams, and external vendors
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and without disruption

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of project management experience
  • Demonstrated successful management of large projects valued at $0.5M to $2.0M in cost, revenue, or savings
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, or other project management tools
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 30%
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Ability to establish strong relationships across all organizational levels
  • Ability to work with minimal oversight
