About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the President LATAM on HR matters
  • Lead the regional HR function, partnering with global COEs and local HRBPs
  • Contribute to the global HR agenda and represent LATAM within the Global HR Leadership Team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Proven ability to lead in a matrixed, multinational organization
  • Demonstrated success in transforming HR functions
  • Strong experience with organization design and HR systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
  • Advanced degree or MBA preferred
