About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a trusted advisor to the President LATAM on HR matters
- Lead the regional HR function, partnering with global COEs and local HRBPs
- Contribute to the global HR agenda and represent LATAM within the Global HR Leadership Team
- Support business transformation by aligning HR capabilities
- Drive regional organizational design and change initiatives
- Ensure effective governance, risk management, and compliance with labor regulations
- Develop and lead talent strategies to grow and retain talent
- Oversee leadership development and succession planning
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead in a matrixed, multinational organization
- Demonstrated success in transforming HR functions
- Strong experience with organization design and HR systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
- Advanced degree or MBA preferred
