About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary technology liaison for Financial Institutions during ATM outsourcing onboarding.
Lead discovery sessions to identify required data feeds for ATM transaction forecasting, settlement and reconciliation, cash management reporting, and operational analytics.
Document detailed business requirements, data specifications, file formats, and delivery methods.
Oversee ingestion and validation of data feeds to ensure completeness, accuracy, and operational readiness.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, banking, payments, or fintech environments.
Understanding of financial transaction processing, reconciliation workflows, and dispute/chargeback operations.
Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Effective communicator using both verbal and written communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong technical acumen and desire to match technology capabilities to business value.
