About the role
- Lead a team of 7 -10 remote sales employees
- Responsible for coaching the sales team on opening business with new clients
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends
- Collaborate with Business Units and Commercial/Pricing teams to craft proposals
- Assist in contract negotiations
- Coach and develop on maintaining accurate records of business development activities
- Represent the company at industry events and contribute to thought leadership
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience managing regional accounts
- Previous experience in doing a hunting role
- Proven experience leading and closing end-to-end deals of $5M + Total Contract Value
- Proven experience leading a remote sales team
- Understanding of the professional services landscape
- Proficiency and familiarity with technology tools, platforms, and systems like Salesforce
- Experience driving change in a large-scale organization across teams
