About the role

  • Lead a team of 7 -10 remote sales employees
  • Responsible for coaching the sales team on opening business with new clients
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends
  • Collaborate with Business Units and Commercial/Pricing teams to craft proposals
  • Assist in contract negotiations
  • Coach and develop on maintaining accurate records of business development activities
  • Represent the company at industry events and contribute to thought leadership

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience managing regional accounts
  • Previous experience in doing a hunting role
  • Proven experience leading and closing end-to-end deals of $5M + Total Contract Value
  • Proven experience leading a remote sales team
  • Understanding of the professional services landscape
  • Proficiency and familiarity with technology tools, platforms, and systems like Salesforce
  • Experience driving change in a large-scale organization across teams
