About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Onboarding to the product, ad formats and our sales process (SPICED / Winning by Design)
  • Independently taking over an existing list of relevant target accounts
  • Ramp-up and qualified pipeline generation
  • First deals progressing into the closing phase
  • You identify, qualify and win new advertising partners via outbound, your own research and B2B inbound
  • You navigate complex decision-making structures up to the point where budgets are approved: C-level in Marketing, Media and Category
  • You run the full cycle from first discovery to signature, focusing on deals with real leverage
  • You hand over won business to Account Management in a structured way
  • You exceed your monthly and quarterly targets and keep your HubSpot pipeline clean enough that it doesn’t come as a surprise to anyone
  • Your feedback to Marketing, Product and Sales Ops flows directly into our ad formats and pricing — you don’t just sell, you help shape what you sell.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in (media) sales, ideally in the retail/FMCG sector
  • Proven track record in building pipelines and closing deals at mid- to C-level
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) & G2M methodology (Winning by Design)
  • German — business fluent (C2); English — very good
