Lead end-to-end Snowflake migration and data platform modernization programs across multiple teams and workstreams.
Define and manage the overall program roadmap, delivery milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
Serve as the primary interface for senior client stakeholders including CIOs, CDAOs, platform leaders, and business sponsors.
Ensure migration strategies align with Snowflake architecture best practices and cloud-native design patterns.
Provide oversight on data migration approaches, including data ingestion and transformation patterns, data validation and reconciliation, and performance optimization.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in technical program management
Strong understanding of modern data platforms and Snowflake architecture
Proven experience leading enterprise data platform modernization initiatives
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
