About the role
- Work with clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap
- Design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value
- Develop end-to-end architecture narratives
- Create clear, logical, and engaging documentation
- Partner closely with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, and Delivery Leaders
- Build executive-ready narratives, leadership decks, and program readouts
- Produce high-quality documentation across core banking, lending, digital banking, payments, and regulatory initiatives
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- Technical Writer / Documentation Lead / Program Communication Specialist
- Deep BFSI domain exposure
- Exceptional storytelling and narrative-building skills
- Strong understanding of Enterprise & Solution Architecture concepts
- Banking systems, platforms, and business workflows
- Proven ability to craft executive narratives, strategic decks, and leadership readouts
- Excellent written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
