About the role

  • Join Brillio's Recommendations team as a Prompt Engineer/Creative Writer to craft prompts for generative AI systems.
  • Develop and refine creative writing prompts to guide our generative AI in producing relevant and engaging content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user preferences and tailor AI output to improve recommendation algorithms.
  • Continuously test and iterate on prompt strategies to enhance content quality and relevance.
  • Analyze content performance data to inform prompt adjustments and creative direction.
  • Work on GPT/LLM development, agentic AI, Graph RAG, RHL S frameworks, and data engineering (Hadoop, Apache Spark, ETL).
  • Define and share the medium- and long-term Data/AI vision with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related fields.
  • Overall 10+ years of experience.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in delivering AI-powered products, with at least 2 years of Product Management experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience with GPT/LLM model development, including pre-processing, feature selection, and hyper-parameter tuning.
  • Experience working on Agentic AI solutioning; develop and train GPT/LLM models to generate natural language text for chatbots, question-answering systems, and recommendation engines.
  • Hands on Experience in Graph RAG and agentic AI, Raking strategy and RHLS Framework.
  • Data engineering experience; proficient in using Hadoop, Apache Spark, and understanding of ETL.
  • Mandatory experience in pyspark and python programming language.
  • Conduct data analysis, pre-processing, feature engineering and model selection to create accurate models in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Continuously monitor the accuracy and performance of the models, and iterate to improve the model's performance based on feedback.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, combined with the ability to think innovatively and address challenges at both macro and micro levels.
  • Defining the vision for the Data / AI use with senior leaders for the medium and long term and aligning stakeholders.
