About the role
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple initiatives in the utility's domain (e.g., electricity, gas).
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across business units, vendors, and technical teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage dependencies across projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal governance.
- Track and report project progress, KPIs, and budget adherence to senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity within teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- Expertise in Revenue Forecasting
- Proficiency in SOW creation and scope tracking
- Strong skills in P&L Management
- Program Management expertise
- People Management experience
- Project Analytics knowledge
- Escalation Management ability
