About the role
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to iGaming development, publishing, and distribution.
- Provide legal advice on intellectual property matters, including copyright, trademarks, and licensing agreements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the industry, both domestically and internationally.
- Assist in the resolution of disputes and manage any litigation matters that may arise.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on emerging trends and regulations affecting the iGaming industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess and mitigate legal risks associated with new projects.
- Support corporate governance and regulatory compliance efforts by advising on company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Law degree.
- Admission to the bar and in good standing to practice law.
- Experience in corporate law, preferably within the technology or entertainment sectors.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects.
- Proactive, hands-on approach.
