About the role
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for our financial deals and offers Marketplace, from discovery to launch to optimization
- Drive measurable business impact through new and optimized Marketplace features that put money back in users’ pockets
- Define and track Marketplace product metrics and user behaviors that correlate with revenue outcomes
- Collaborate with our Data Analyst to uncover insights, design experiments, and track performance
- Partner closely with our Partnerships Manager to understand the partner end user, integrating and scaling offers that align with our mission and deliver real value to consumers
- Prioritize ruthlessly based on data, user value, and ROI
- Build, execute, and learn quickly through rapid A/B testing, user feedback, and iterative improvements
- Communicate results and learnings clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of product management experience, ideally in marketplaces or user monetization
- A deep understanding of A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision making
- A bias for action: You thrive in fast-paced, scrappy environments and know how to get things done
- Experience working cross-functionally with analytics, engineering, design, and business development
- A growth mindset and obsession with driving measurable outcomes
