Accountant

• Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Lithuanian GAAP and IFRS
• Lead the year-end audit process and act as the main liaison with external auditors and accounting service providers
• Ensure compliance with MiCA, AML/CFT, and tax regulations, maintaining complete and accurate records for regulatory filings
• Supervise accounting for crypto-asset transactions
• Implement and improve internal controls, accounting procedures, and reporting automation
• Support the CFO in group consolidation, liquidity reporting, and management reporting
• Coordinate intercompany accounting for Lithuanian, Swiss, and UK entities
• Monitor updates to accounting, tax, and crypto-related regulations, ensuring company readiness and compliance.
