Data Analyst

• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources (app, CRM, marketing platforms, financial systems)
• Writing and optimizing MySQL and PostgreSQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets
• Working with BigQuery for large-scale data analysis and cloud-based data warehousing
• Building and maintaining dashboards and reports in Metabase to visualize key metrics and support decision-making
• Conducting cohort analysis, user segmentation, and retention studies
• Supporting A/B testing and growth experiments with statistical insights
• Working closely with Product and Engineering teams to define data-tracking requirements and ensure data accuracy
• Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, structured way

Customer Support

• Communicating with users via chat, email, providing fast and high-quality support
• Guiding customers through Brighty’s products and features, ensuring smooth onboarding and a great experience
• Troubleshooting technical and transactional issues in collaboration with internal teams
• Gathering user feedback and sharing insights with product and tech teams
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures (KYC/AML where applicable)
• Maintaining internal documentation and contributing to process improvements

Customer Support Specialist, B2C Sector

Accountant

• Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Lithuanian GAAP and IFRS
• Lead the year-end audit process and act as the main liaison with external auditors and accounting service providers
• Ensure compliance with MiCA, AML/CFT, and tax regulations, maintaining complete and accurate records for regulatory filings
• Supervise accounting for crypto-asset transactions
• Implement and improve internal controls, accounting procedures, and reporting automation
• Support the CFO in group consolidation, liquidity reporting, and management reporting
• Coordinate intercompany accounting for Lithuanian, Swiss, and UK entities
• Monitor updates to accounting, tax, and crypto-related regulations, ensuring company readiness and compliance.
