Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or a related, fast-paced people-facing role
Managed multiple reqs or pipelines simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Partnered effectively with stakeholders to drive results and improve processes
Represented a company or brand in public-facing contexts (e.g., events, outreach)
Demonstrated strong judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills
Thrived in environments where speed, ownership, and adaptability are key
