Requirements
Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
License in Oregon: Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience.
Reside in and hold an active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in Indiana.
Be licensed or eligible for licensure in Oregon.
