About the role
- Provide individual and group clinical consultations.
- Support onboarding and engagement of new clinicians.
- Promote a positive, inclusive work culture through team-building and recognition.
- Offer crisis consultation and licensure supervision.
- Organize clinical trainings and community presentations.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance clinician support and development.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy using DSM-V diagnoses.
- Build strong therapeutic relationships and individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT) to guide care.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ethics, and documentation standards.
- Foster a trauma-informed, culturally responsive care environment.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
- License in Oregon: Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience.
- Reside in and hold an active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in Indiana.
- Be licensed or eligible for licensure in Oregon.
