About the role
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and market opportunities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user feedback, market trends, and business objectives in line with iterative, agile development processes
- Lead the product development process, working with design, engineering and business stakeholders to define user stories, prioritize the backlog, and ensure timely delivery of product increments from ideation to launch
- Gather, analyze, and incorporate feedback and pain points to inform product decisions and continuously improve the end-to-end experience to maximize impact on the customer and the bottom line
- Work closely with Brightway leadership, engineering, UX, analytics and finance to ensure aligned business requirements, seamless product development and launch
- Define and track OKRs to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights
- Present product updates, progress, and vision to internal stakeholders, executive leadership and Brightway agents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Technology Consultant with a track record of successfully delivering digital products and driving business results
- Experience with product development methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and business and financial concepts
- SQL fluency a plus
