About the role
- Own the evolution of our Agent Quoting and Sales Management Platform
- Reimagine traditional insurance sales processes, driving adoption of technologies such as AI and CRM
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including agents and customer service
- Develop and maintain product roadmap prioritizing features based on user feedback and business objectives
- Gather, analyze, and incorporate feedback to inform product decisions and improve customer experience
- Present product updates and vision to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Technology Consultant with a track record of successfully delivering digital products and driving business results
- Experience with product development methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and business and financial concepts
- SQL fluency a plus.
