About the role
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Insurance Sales Producer openings
- Execute high-volume sourcing strategies to consistently generate qualified talent, including passive candidates
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess sales aptitude, communication skills, and motivation
- Build and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with Agency Owners and internal stakeholders to refine hiring profiles and strategies
- Post jobs, manage inbound applicants, and leverage multiple sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, resume databases, social media)
- Maintain accurate, organized data within the ATS and recruiting dashboards
- Track and report key recruiting metrics (pipeline volume, time-to-fill, conversion rates)
- Deliver a strong candidate experience aligned with Brightways service-driven culture
- Promote the Brightway brand to prospective talent
Requirements
- 3+ years of high-volume sales recruiting experience (insurance or similar industry preferred)
- Proven success sourcing candidates at scale
- Strong proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and resume databases
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet aggressive timelines
- Experience hiring licensed insurance professionals is a plus
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Experience recruiting insurance agents, sales reps, or other commission-based roles
- Knowledge of state licensing requirements and insurance hiring nuances
- Experience working with decentralized hiring models or agency owners
