About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute high-volume outbound activities including cold calls, emails, and social selling to initiate conversations.
- Generate meetings and appointments for our clients.
- Create value for our clients by providing good SQL.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities and prospect interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified meetings and continuous improvement of outreach strategies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluency in English and native level Polish is a must
- Previous successful experience in B2B telemarketing and inside Sales with a strong track record in cold outreach and follow-up using phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.
- Have agency background/experience
- A self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive for success
- Experience in the IT/technology industry is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where we deliver top-notch services to clients daily.
