Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute high-volume outbound activities including cold calls, emails, and social selling to initiate conversations.
  • Generate meetings and appointments for our clients.
  • Create value for our clients by providing good SQL.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities and prospect interactions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified meetings and continuous improvement of outreach strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluency in English and native level Polish is a must
  • Previous successful experience in B2B telemarketing and inside Sales with a strong track record in cold outreach and follow-up using phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Have agency background/experience
  • A self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive for success
  • Experience in the IT/technology industry is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where we deliver top-notch services to clients daily.
