About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments based on clinic needs and best-practice guidelines
  • Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At minimum Bachelor’s Degree, consistent with state-level regulation and requirements
  • Active clinical licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements, at minimum LCAS or LCAS-A
  • 2 years of experience in a relevant field preferred
  • Ability to plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments
  • Knowledge of addiction therapy
  • Ability to provide crisis and de-escalation techniques
  • Ability to assist with treatment planning and review progress toward treatment plan goals
  • Ability to coordinate patient care with an onsite multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to document treatment data in an electronic patient health record
  • Ability to comply with regulatory and company requirements
