About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments based on clinic needs and best-practice guidelines
Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques
Assist with treatment planning
Review progress towards treatment plan goals
Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team
Attend required meetings, including on-site staff meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings
Timely and comprehensively document necessary treatment data into the electronic patient health record
Adhere to regulatory and company compliance requirements
Contribute to treatment programs supporting individuals on their path to recovery

Requirements

What you’ll need

At minimum Bachelor's Degree, consistent with state-level regulation and requirements
Active clinical licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements, at minimum LCAS or LCAS-A
2 years of experience in a relevant field preferred
Understanding of addiction therapy
Ability to plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments
Ability to provide crisis and de-escalation techniques
Ability to assist with treatment planning and review progress toward treatment plan goals
Ability to document treatment data in an electronic patient health record
Ability to follow regulatory and company compliance requirements
