About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments based on clinic needs and best-practice guidelines
  • Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques
  • Assist with treatment planning
  • Review progress towards treatment plan goals
  • Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team
  • Attend required meetings, including on-site staff meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 years of experience in a relevant field preferred
  • At minimum Bachelor’s Degree, consistent with state-level regulation and requirements
  • Active clinical licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements, at minimum
  • Understanding of addiction therapy
  • Ability to conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments
  • Ability to provide crisis and de-escalation techniques
  • Ability to document treatment data in an electronic patient health record
  • Ability to follow regulatory and company compliance requirements
