About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborating with senior management to establish and execute community engagement strategy and performance objectives for the assigned territory.
- Assisting in strategic planning/department goal setting and regional objectives.
- Leading new market development and evaluation.
- Providing direction and support to site-based Community Outreach Managers (COMs) in developing appropriate market coverage and strategy.
- Managing a highly successful Outreach (sales) team to drive census and meet or exceed department and corporate related goals.
- Assisting in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of new hires within the region.
- Holding frequent performance reviews with the team to provide constructive feedback.
- Improving Brightview’s market position by understanding the competitive landscape, identifying new business opportunities, and building upon key stakeholder relationships.
- Forecasting and evaluating annual, quarterly, and monthly goals, analyzing data to report on outcomes.
- Attending key presentations and industry trade shows/events as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of Sales or Marketing experience, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
