BrightViewCounselor role supporting individuals on their recovery journey at BrightView Health. Engaging in group therapy, treatment planning, and patient care coordination.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments based on clinic needs and best-practice guidelines.
- Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques.
- Assist with treatment planning and review progress towards treatment plan goals.
- Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team.
- Document all necessary treatment data into the electronic patient health record, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 years of experience in a relevant field
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (minimum)
- Active clinical licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements
