About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure peak performance, efficiency, and quality in regional company operations
- Effectively lead and manage a multi-unit distributed workforce
- Partner effectively with cross-functional teams to implement coordinated and cohesive workflow
- Ensure all clinics within the assigned region adhere to all federal, state, and local regulatory agency requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of multi-site management experience
- Preferred: 5+ years of industry experience
- Required: Bachelor degree or combination of equivalent education/work experience
