About the role
- Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments based on clinic needs and best-practice guidelines
- Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques
- Assist with treatment planning and review progress towards treatment plan goals
- Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team and attend required meetings
- Timely and comprehensively document all necessary treatment data into the electronic patient health record
- Follow adherence to all necessary regulatory and company compliance requirements
Requirements
- Preferred: 2 years of experience in a relevant field
- Required: Active clinical licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements, at minimum
- Required: Education consistent with state-level regulation and requirements, at minimum Associates Degree
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to provide crisis and de-escalation techniques
- Experience conducting group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments
- Timely and comprehensive documentation into the electronic patient health record
- Ability to coordinate patient care with onsite multidisciplinary team
- Attend required on-site staff meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings
