Business Development Rep

• Act as external-facing representative of BrightView across all organizational levels to achieve admission targets through referral generation and brand-building initiatives
• Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key referral partners in healthcare, criminal justice, community agencies, and substance abuse treatment settings
• Serve as community liaison/outside sales representative attending community events and engaging stakeholders to increase brand awareness
• Develop routing strategy for field visits based on business need, referral potential, and strategic focus
• Organize, attend, and/or participate in special events and promotions advocating for BrightView and its patients
• Meet with care providers across BrightView locations to collect ideas and resources and assist center team with market-specific initiatives
• Understand BrightView mission and align outreach activities, identify market trends and implement outreach campaigns
• Document interactions with referral partners in CRM, maintain account details, and collaborate with Center Team and operational stakeholders
• Serve as spokesperson at community meetings and provide guidance on marketing materials and maintain performance scorecard
