Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the end-to-end owner of the marketing technology ecosystem
Lead the design, execution, and optimization of marketing programs
Drive data insights & AI use cases for customer engagement experiences
Own and lead customer lifecycle marketing workstreams
Architect and optimize cross-channel customer journeys
Establish data architecture and governance practices
Act as the primary bridge between Marketing and IT
Drive roadmap and prioritization of Martech initiatives
Lead analyses to identify gaps and translate insights into practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of hands-on data analytics
Strong grasp of platform capabilities and limitations
Strategic mindset for scalable Martech solutions
Experience driving initiatives across cross-functional teams
Strong prioritization, planning, and delegation skills
Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes
Excellent communication skills
Adaptable in fast-paced environments
Experience in the telecommunications industry or related fields (a plus)
Marketing Cloud Certification (strongly preferred)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
