About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and lead the acquisition campaign strategy for Direct Mail, Email, and SMS channels
  • Develop and manage campaign roadmaps and testing agendas
  • Partner cross-functionally with Analytics, Creative, Product, and Strategy teams
  • Manage channel budgets, pacing, and forecasting
  • Translate data and performance insights into actionable recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal brand standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in performance or acquisition marketing
  • Direct ownership of Direct Mail, Email, or SMS channels
  • Experience managing campaign budgets
  • Proficient with email service platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Working knowledge of Direct Mail production processes
  • Understanding of SMS marketing compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms and CRM-driven strategies
  • Designing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests
