About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serves as a liaison between eCommerce business unit and development teams
- Define and document work by breaking down features into business requirements
- Participates in discovery sessions, survey work, user testing to understand requirements
- Creates and/or maintains key product documentation
- Works with the Senior Product Owner to define Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
- Performs a gap analysis on all new features and works with all stakeholders
- Supports the development team by resolving questions and issues quickly
- Keeps communication channels open and ensures tight feedback loops
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical or business experience
- Minimum 4 years' experience with Agile development
- Experience in JIRA, Confluence, Asana and Agile Methodology
- Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications
- Software Engineer and/or AEM experience is a plus
- Ability to conduct multiple complex tasks simultaneously
- Experience in project management, group facilitation, data gathering, and phases of software life cycle
- Product Ownership/Business Analysis experience
