About the role
- Leading and managing initiatives supporting successful delivery of new process and standardization
- Overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and implementation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success
- Managing projects impacting Field Operations Teams including scheduling meetings, establishing goals, and getting buy-in
- Creating captivating presentations to communicate complex business concepts
- Gathering and analyzing data to assist in project approvals, tracking improvements, and identifying trends
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams
- Effectively communicating project status and progress to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or six years of equivalent practical work experience
- Strong organizational skills to manage key timelines
- Good analytical skills including proficiency with Excel
- Telecom/Cable/Internet Service Provider industry experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a corporate setting, preferably in a similar role
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Maintain organization best practices and design methods in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe tools and Infographic tools
