About the role
- Serve as a critical bridge between Finance and Technology
- Translate business strategy into system-enabled solutions that improve financial operations, billing accuracy, and reporting
- Partner closely with Finance, IT, and cross-functional leaders to define requirements
- Optimize processes and ensure technology platforms effectively support financial operations
- Lead the end-to-end requirements lifecycle
- Develop and maintain business requirements documents and functional specifications
- Ensure alignment between Finance business needs and enterprise platforms
- Identify process gaps and recommend automation, system enhancements, and workflow improvements
- Partner with Product Owners and Platform teams to translate requirements into user stories
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required
- 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role in a technology-enabled business environment
- 5–10 years of experience supporting financial systems, billing platforms, or enterprise technology implementations
- Experience leading business requirements, functional specifications, testing cycles, and release readiness across multiple systems
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
