About the role
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of account executives
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
- Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and support
- Create and implement sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
- Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics
- Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, operations, marketing, finance, and customer support to align sales strategies with business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications, real estate, or utilities sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven record of acquiring new business and driving sales growth
- Experience working with property managers, HOAs, or developers in MDU and/or SFH communities is a plus
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
