About the role
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales results with key partners
- Partner with third parties to develop campaigns
- Ensure execution and compliance of campaigns
- Accountable for reaching/exceeding Sales Target on Monthly basis
- Collaborate closely with partners on day-to-day operations
- Develop collaborative relationships with internal organizations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or work equivalent
- 7+ years of Partner Management Experience
- Experience managing Call Center Partners, Door-to-Door Partners, and Third Party Digital Affiliates
- Strategic thinker but action oriented
- Demonstrated record of consistent sales growth and quota attainment
- Telecom industry experience a plus
- Must have exceptional organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Competent with complex telecom and financial datasets
- Ability to travel 10-20% of the time
