- Oversee and support optimization of Field Operations Center functions
- Collaborate with Operational Control Center to maximize operational efficiency
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of Center operations support staff
- Design methods and procedures to streamline operations
- Conduct regular Center focused operational reviews
- Serve as a liaison between departments, advocating for Operational Control Center needs
- Drive technology strategy by identifying system gaps and advocating for enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical work experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills to hire, develop, and motivate team members
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Looker)
- Customer-centric mindset
- Ability to prioritize, organize and accomplish multiple initiatives
- Ability to analyze, modify, and implement processes for successful program delivery
- Strong decision-making skills
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
