About the role
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale fiber network deployment projects
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scheduling, vendor management, and performance tracking
- Direct local engineers in reviewing and refining mechanized engineering designs
- Manage project changes related to engineering design, construction, and resource allocation
- Monitor material management and ensure alignment with project schedules and cost controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure build requirements align with market agreements
- Promote company culture, fostering collaboration, open communication, and accountability across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing fiber construction builds and related infrastructure programs
- Proven experience leading telecommunications fiber build projects and managing infrastructure service providers
- Strong understanding of Outside Plant (OSP) design and construction practices
- Proficiency in engineering and project management tools such as BOSS, IQGeo, and Sitetracker.
