• Define and implement the company’s operational governance framework
• Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and control mechanisms to ensure operational compliance
• Partner with executive leadership to prioritize strategic initiatives and allocate resources effectively
• Build and lead a high-performing PMO responsible for planning, executing, and delivering enterprise-wide projects
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to measure governance effectiveness and project success
• Act as a central point of contact for executive leadership on program and governance matters
