About the role

  • Drive the annual budget process and monthly forecast reviews
  • Contribute to due diligence for new lines of business and acquisitions
  • Oversee and develop a high-impact team of two
  • Partner with various departments to refine and standardize financial processes
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for financial statements and documentation
  • Help execute updates to policies, procedures, and standardized reporting
  • Oversee preparation of board materials, financial analyses, and executive reporting
  • Ensure all financial operations adhere to internal controls and industry regulations
  • Build scalable financial infrastructure, processes, and reporting systems to support continued company growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field of study
  • Master’s preferred
  • 5+ years of related finance experience with budgeting and forecasting responsibilities
  • Proven track record of effective budgeting, forecasting, and analytical reporting
  • Ability to translate financial data into executive-level insights and inform strategic business decisions
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and process improvement
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and aligning stakeholders toward shared financial objectives
