About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma required
  • At least 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Self-motivated and adaptable
  • Ability to troubleshoot and navigate changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy and data-entry quality
  • Ability to handle 100+ calls daily
  • Ability to maintain an average talk time of four minutes
  • Ability to meet sales-per-hour targets
  • HIPAA-compliant work environment at home
  • Hardwired Ethernet internet connection via cable or fiber
  • Minimum internet speeds of 30 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload
  • Satellite, cellular, and 5G connections are not supported
  • Ability to work a fixed Monday–Friday, 40-hour schedule
  • Ability to complete training Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST, remaining on camera with microphone unmuted
  • Spanish bilingual proficiency eligible for additional pay differential
