About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and own Brightline's multi-year product and technology roadmap across all four domains.
- Lead the build-vs-buy-vs-partner framework; establish the criteria and hold the org accountable to the logic behind them.
- Own the technology architecture vision: scalability, security, compliance, and long-term data infrastructure.
- Establish a deep, ongoing feedback loop with the clinical workforce to surface friction points.
- Drive operational rigor across internal systems, including incident response and technical debt management.
- Lead, develop, and recruit a high-performing engineering, product, design, and IT organization.
- Partner with People & Culture on org design and talent strategy; partner with clinical and operations leadership to ensure technology decisions advance care delivery.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of progressive technology and product leadership, including 5+ years at the executive/C-suite level.
- Demonstrated experience leading product and engineering in healthcare or digital health; behavioral health experience strongly preferred.
- Proven build-vs-buy-vs-partner track record at a company navigating meaningful scale (Series A and beyond).
- Experience managing the full product lifecycle from concept through clinical deployment in a regulated environment.
- Track record building and leading high-performing, inclusive engineering and product organizations.
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR), EHR integrations, and HIPAA-compliant data architecture.
- Experience with multi-site care delivery models.
