Key responsibilities & impact

Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to ensure high-quality inputs and results.
Help deploy AI agents into production environments and integrate them into existing workflows.
Evaluate model performance, test for accuracy, and tweak algorithms for continuous improvement.
Maintain clear documentation for AI model architectures, data pipelines, and deployment processes.
Build highly scalable solutions that can leverage large data sets effectively.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field.
Practical experience with LLM-based systems.
2–4 years of hands-on experience in software development, AI, or machine learning.
Proficiency in Python, .NET is a plus.
Working knowledge of SQL, and data preprocessing techniques.
Work experience in a cloud environment, preferably AWS; CI/CD, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and monitoring/observability.
Independent, self-managing contributor.
Solid understanding of SQL and data modeling; familiarity with NoSQL technologies.
Problem solver.
Excellent organizational skills .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
