Key responsibilities & impact

Engage directly with prospects and customers during pre-sales
Lead or support discovery sessions
Translate customer requirements into well-architected solution designs
Author detailed, precise Statements of Work (SOWs)
Build cost models and pricing estimates for projects
Conduct deep business and technical research on customer industries and data sources
Produce structured write-ups and solution specs for internal teams
Track and analyze project performance data

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Solutions Consultant, or similar role in a technology services, data, or SaaS environment
Proven track record writing complex SOWs and service contracts for technical projects
Strong understanding of web data collection and web scraping
Solid grasp of data analysis, BI, and AI/ML solutions
Experience estimating IT project costs
Excellent customer-facing communication skills
Outstanding written English
Highly organized and self-directed in a fully remote environment.
